On our journey into Prague, we were given really useful hints about what to
do. On our return transfer, Lukas, our driver, told us the airport was
closed because of snow. He constantly sought to find out more information
and even took us to his local cafe so we could get some lunch rather that
just dump us at the airport. When we arrived at the airport, he waited to
make sure we did not need him to take us back into Prague. As well as the
normal things to expect such as reliability, value and comfort, in our mind,
this was exceptional service. I would definitely use this shuttle company
again.
Dear Sirs, I have just arrived back from Prague. We had a great time and
wanted to let you know that the taxi pick up service was excellent. The
driver was waiting for us as you advised, he was well helpful and polite,
took us straight to the hotel and was waiting for us promptly at 6.55 a.m.

Praha Hlavni nadrazi (Main train station) - located in the city centre; near Wenceslas square. All trains on the east-west route stop here (trains from Vienna and Munich).
Main train station (Willson)Praha Holesovice - located north of city centre; just three stops by metro from Hlavni nadrazi. This is a terminal station for trains coming from north (Dresden, Berlin).

Praha Smichov - located at Smichov, about 15 minutes by metro from the city centre. Somewhat smaller station for trains departing west (the train departing for Karlstejn).

 Hello Sir or Madam, I am writing because a very nice taxi driver just charged me $250 (USD) to go from the main train station to the airport. This was my first time in the Czech Republic. I was very happy to be here and had a wonderful time. My family has Czech roots and this trip was important to me. I was not forewarned about the taxi problem and did everything wrong- I got into a cab right outside the train station, I did not negotiate ahead of time, I did not get a receipt, etc, etc.
Come to think of it - the car did not even have a meter- not that I could see anyway.
At the end of the ride the very nice and chatty driver showed me a chart with the "standard set fare" and I fell for it.
I was too tired, unsuspecting and so glad to get a cab right away- that I did not comprehend until later what the fare was.
I now of course feel violated, angry and like a complete idiot.
I have learned a very expensive and important lesson- I suppose I should thank Milo for that.

Hello, We have just returned from
Prague and booked the airport transfer with you. We would like
to say a big thank you to George, our driver. He was waiting at
the airport for us, helped us with the luggage, took us very
quickly to Hotel Roma, gave us information on the way and on the
return journey came to the hotel on time. We had a wonderful
time in Prague, thank you again for such a professional service,

Just to thank you despite being 2hrs late due to bad weather
your driver was waiting for us at the Prague airport as arranged
as this was our fist visit to Prague it was a relief to see a
friendly face he took us straight to the hotel and was very
helpful again on the return journey they were early to pick up

I booked a return taxi transfer for
4 persons from Prague Airport to Prague City centre a few days
before arriving on 29th June 2006. The service provided by
"Prague Airport Transfers" was absolutely first class. The
driver was waiting for us at the Arrivals exit with my name very
clearly visible on a large card. He was very courteous and
carried all our luggage to the nearby taxi. During the transfer
he pointed out various places of interest and on arrival carried
our luggage into the hotel. The same driver arrived exactly on
time at our hotel for the return transfer 3 days later and put
our luggage on a trolley on arrival at Prague Airport Departures
Terminal. We plan to return to Prague soon and will definitely
use "Prague Airport Transfers" again. Highly recommended!,
